Villa TAURUS in the San Jaime villa park DescriptionVilla TAURUS is in a pleasantly quiet location in one of the most famous villa communities on the Costa Blanca. The building style and furnishings are typical of the area and give the villa a Spanish feel. The grounds, 860 m² in area, are completely surrounded by a garden wall and fences and it is virtually impossible to see into from outside; your privacy is guaranteed. The Mediterranean garden has palms, orange trees, cypresses, oleander bushes etc. ... Our guests are particularly fond of the three shady palm trees surrounding the terrace. There is a view of the sea, but it is limited because the land is level and thickly planted. The swimming pool is heated by a solar-powered unit, and so the water is pleasantly warm in the early and late season too. There are no steps: everything is on the same level. Pets are permitted if you notify us in advance. SituationThe villa is part of the exclusive San Jaime villa park, only about 200 m from the Club de Golf lfach gold course, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The plot slopes gently towards the south and receives sun all year round. The villa park has street lighting and well-tended green spaces. There is a well-stocked supermarket with international products directly beside the entrance to the villa park.
