Last Minute

For all reservations made 30 days or less before the start of the lease, we give a last minute rebate of 10% off the rental price.

Early reservation rebate

For all reservations made less than 12 months before the start of the lease, we give an early reservation rebate of 15% off the rental price. For all reservations made less than 8 months before the start of the lease, we give an early reservation rebate of 10% off the rental price.

Regular guest rebate

We want you to come again! We’ll give a special rebate of 10% off the rental price to all returning renters. This offer also applies if you would like to try out another house or flat from our program one time!

Long-term renters

Special price for long-term renters/those staying over the winter! Why freeze in the winter, if you can spend the coldest months so inexpensively in sunny Spain? You can rent a complete villa with its own swimming pool or a terrace flat directly on the ocean starting at 580 Euro per month (depending on the length of stay). Name the date you desire and we'll gladly make you an offer!
